Grievance Mechanism

The WINS Global Consult Grievance Mechanism is an avenue for individuals, organisations, companies and communities to submit complaints directly to WINS Global Consult if they believe that the company itself or a WINS-supported project has or is likely to have adverse effects on them, their community, or their environment.
 

The Grievance Mechanism allows stakeholders to raise questions or concerns or provide feedback and have them addressed in a prompt and respectful manner. WINS Global Consult aims to aims to address all complaints received, regardless of whether the complainant is named or anonymous. This way, the WINS Global Consult Grievance Mechanism enhances the company’s responsiveness and accountability to project-affected stakeholders.
